    Smaller, well-defined scopes may start with photos. Larger projects, additions, water damage rebuilds, and structural concerns usually require a site visit to confirm conditions.
  3. You receive a proposal with clear inclusions
    We provide a written scope that outlines what is included and what assumptions affect pricing. If selections or lead times impact schedule, we flag that early.
  4. Scheduling and prep
    Once scope is aligned, we coordinate trade sequence and set expectations for access, protection, and daily cleanup.
  5. Build, walkthrough, punch list closeout
    We complete the work, walk the space with you, and close punch items so the job finishes cleanly.
