Our Services

From multi-room updates to full interior refreshes, we manage sequencing across trades so work moves forward in a sensible order.

Add space with a plan that accounts for tie-ins, inspections, and finish details so the addition feels like it has always been there.

Cabinets, counters, tile, lighting, and paint all have dependencies. We coordinate those steps to reduce delays and rework.

A bathroom remodel is about waterproofing and details, not just fixtures. We focus on prep, sequencing, and finish quality.

When something is sagging, cracked, or compromised, the goal is a safe, well-defined repair plan and clean restoration of finishes.

After drying and mitigation are addressed, we rebuild the affected areas with clear scope and attention to material matching.

How it works

You should know what happens next before you fill out a form. Here is the project flow we follow for most remodel and repair work.

  1. Request an estimate
Send a short description, photos, and any deadlines you have.
  2. Site visit and scope confirmation
We confirm the existing conditions, what is staying, what is changing, and what needs to be opened up to verify.
  3. Proposal and selections
You receive a written scope with clear assumptions. If selections affect pricing or timing, we flag them early.
  4. Schedule and prep
We map the trade sequence, order long-lead items, and set expectations for access, protection, and daily cleanup.
  5. Build, walkthrough, punch list
We complete the work, walk the space with you, and finish punch items so the job closes cleanly.

Enhancing your home

What you get with HomeFREA

A successful remodel is usually about management, not just labor. Here is what we emphasize on every job.

Coordination across trades

We schedule work in the right order, confirm dependencies, and reduce the back-and-forth that drags projects out.

Jobsite protection and cleanliness

We protect adjacent areas, control dust where possible, and keep cleanup part of the daily routine.

Communication cadence

You get clear updates on what is happening next, what decisions are needed, and what could impact schedule.

Frequently asked questions

How does the estimate process work?

Start by sending a short description, photos, and any constraints like timing or access. We review the request, confirm the scope with a site visit when needed, then provide a written proposal that outlines what is included and any assumptions.

For projects that require permits, we can coordinate the permitting and inspection process as part of the job planning. Permits depend on the scope, especially when work involves structural changes, additions, or significant trade modifications. We will tell you early if permitting is likely.

Scope clarity is the biggest driver. Layout changes, moving plumbing or electrical, finish level, and any hidden conditions discovered after opening walls can change pricing. Selection timing matters too because long-lead materials often impact labor scheduling and overall duration.

Timelines vary by scope and selections, but the biggest factors are how much is being changed, inspection timing, and lead times for cabinets, fixtures, and specialty materials. When we review your scope, we will give a realistic schedule range and explain what could extend it.

If you want to adjust scope after work begins, we document the change in writing, including cost and schedule impact, before proceeding. This keeps decisions clear and helps prevent misunderstandings, especially when changes affect multiple trades or sequencing.

We schedule projects around trade availability, inspection steps, and material lead times. During the build, we communicate what is completed, what is next, and what decisions are needed to stay on track. If something changes, you hear about it early, not at the end.
